ERS Aquaculture Outlook The USDA Economic Research Service publishes its Aquaculture Outlook twice
yearly. It examines the U.S. aquaculture industry, including production, inventory,
sales, prices, inputs and trade of catfish, trout, tilapia, salmon, mollusks, crawfish,
